FAQ's

Domestic & International Shipping

We are experts at shipping packages around the globe in a fast, safe and secure manner.  Our products are all high-quality and hand-made with the finest materials. With that said, our swimwear, clothing, dresses, lingerie and more are very popular! On domestic orders please allow up to seven-ten business days for the item to ship. On international orders please allow up to seven-ten business days for the item(s) to ship plus an additional fifteen business days for the item to transport and clear customs and related logistics systems.  We make every effort to get the items sent out as quickly as possible.  If you have an immediate need, please contact our office and/or add the request in the order notes at check-out.  

 

Missing Package or Item

All of our deliveries are made using trusted logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All of your orders are assigned a tracking number and are insured at a minimum of $50 to further protect you and us.  If on the very outside chance you receive a delivery confirmation via email and your item is not at the address you have 48 hours to report the missing item to us.  If you wait days and weeks later to report the missing item and expect a refund that request will be understandably and respectfully declined. 

Wrong Address or Failure to Retrieve Package

If you provide the wrong address and/or do not retrieve your package from the delivery service, that is your responsibility not ours. If the package is lost in transit AND returned back to the sender ( PIRATA COUTURE) due to wrong address and/or failure to retrieve, you are responsible for the entire purchase price and shipping. Unfortunately, the risk is 100% on the recipient so please provide the correct address.  

If you provide the wrong address and/or fail to retrieve your package and it is marked return to sender and we in-fact receive the item back in perfect condition-you are subject to a re-stocking fee.  The re-stocking fee is up to 50% of the original purchase price and subject to management decision.   

In closing, we provide detailed tracking and order confirmation in writing and the shipping confirmation in writing.  You will get 2-3 emails from our shipping department.  Please make certain to provide the correct address and collect your package in a timely fashion!

Backorders

All of our products are high-quality, and offered at great prices.  Occasionally, we will have products that temporarily go out-of-stock from the time you order until the time our shipping department receives the order.  These situations are known as backorders.  We will communicate to you as our valued customer as soon as we become aware of a backorder situation.  The good news is we will momentarily ship the order (typically no more than 30 days from receiving your order) and we will include a free gift as a small thank you for your patience.  If at anytime you have questions or need to reach us please phone or email at the address listed below.

Custom Orders

We strive to provide our products to every shape and size client. Additionally, we try to offer one-of-a-kind products with unique fabrics and patterns.  These transactions (custom orders) can take up to 90 days to fulfill from date of purchase.  You will receive a text message and/or email offering you the option to reserve and wait for the product if we are extended beyond traditional delivery times.

  

Resale & Wholesale Agreements

We do not authorize the resale of our products.
