Retail Customers : We have a no-hassle return and exchange policy!
All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for any non-coverage bottoms like G-strings, thongs, tonga, as well as underwear, lingerie, corsets, custom orders and final sale items. Regular products on sale may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you placed your order for exchange. Items MUST still have tags on them. No exceptions.Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return. If the return qualifies, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. We never refund shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on returns over $50. We only accept back unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags.
Orders that are processed direct or through a third-party service and a request to cancel is made, must do so within 24 hours of the original order. All approved cancels are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% and the shipping expense is not refunded.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our client list and no further orders will ever be accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for charge backs. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution. Our company name PIRATA COUTURE will appear on your credit card statement.
Bulk Orders/ Wholesale & Custom Orders: (Retail Stores, Pageants, Resorts and other Commercial Business)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 1-877-607-5668 or firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. A client service specialist will open a case and carefully review the item to determine the cause and remedy.
